  1. Only the owners of the vessels legally stored in the territory of Kaunas Yacht Club UAB (as well as their authorised persons, captains and crew members, guests), who have concluded an annual agreement for the storage of the vessel in the port territory, shall be entitled to walk in the berths of the vessels, in the vicinity of the berths, on the bridges;
  2. The owners of the vessels shall be familiar with the rules of the Port Operation Rules of Kauno Yacht Club UAB. In the case of non-compliance with these requirements, the owners of the vessels, as well as their authorised persons, captains and crew members, must comply with the fire safety, occupational safety, sanitary rules and environmental protection requirements. Failure to comply with the above requirements, as applicable under the applicable legislation, shall render the owner and/or his/her authorised person fully liable for the infringement and shall make him/her liable for any damage caused;
    Vessel owners and their authorised persons, skippers and crew members shall be entitled to use water and electricity only for the purpose of maintenance and servicing of the vessel. In the case of a vessel or other watercraft undergoing repairs, a separate agreement with the yacht club administration is required for the use of water and electricity. If these port resources are used for the repair of a watercraft without the consent of the yacht club administration, the shipowner shall be liable to pay for the water and electricity used;
    Vessels shall only be moored in the water at locations designated by the yacht club administration or by separate agreement between the shipowner and the yacht club administration;
    During regattas and other water transport competitions, in the event of a large number of boats, the harbour master or the yacht club administration shall have the right to designate an alternative temporary berthing/mooring place;
    Vessels shall be moored in their berths with mooring lines of appropriate thickness and strength to ensure the safety of themselves and the adjacent vessels. The use of steel cables for mooring is prohibited. In the event of any breach of this requirement by shipowners and their authorised persons, masters and crew members, the shipowner shall be liable to compensate third parties for any damage caused by the non-compliance;
    Vessels at berth shall be provided with a minimum of one suitably sized gunwale per side to protect their own and their neighbour’s vessels and berths from mechanical damage. In the event of any breach of this requirement by shipowners and their authorised persons, masters and crew members, the shipowner shall be liable to compensate third parties for any damage caused by the failure to comply with this requirement;
    During mooring (arrival or departure), boarding other vessels is only permitted with the permission of their shipowners (without leaving mud and without using other vessels’ equipment and mooring lines);
    In the harbour area, the speed of navigation is limited to a slow speed only (not more than 5km/h) and must be chosen so as not to cause waves and to be suitable for safe manoeuvring;
    On return from a passage, boats must be moored and left in an orderly manner until the next passage (the running rigging of yachts must be left in such a way that it does not get caught in the masts and does not make noise);
    All rubbish must be taken to containers on the shore or removed by the owner of the watercraft from the area;
    Any repair of the boat on the Yacht Club premises must be carried out only after agreement with the yacht club administration. Failure to coordinate repairs to the watercraft with the yacht club administration may result in penalties for non-compliance;
    Used lubricants, bilges, contents of internal sanitary systems and similar hazardous waste must be pumped out into special tanks in coordination with the yacht club administration. Failure to coordinate these works with the yacht club administration and/or arbitrary handling of the hazardous and polluting wastes referred to above shall render the shipowner liable in accordance with the procedures laid down by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Lithuania;
    The deck and sides of the ship must be kept clean and tidy. Customers and guests of the harbour must comply with all instructions of the yacht club administration;
    Complaints and requests may be submitted to the yacht club administration;
    After arranging for and carrying out repairs to a watercraft on berths or in premises, the work area must be cleaned up;
    In the event of spillage of pollutants and other hazardous substances or debris into the water or on the quayside, the owner of the vessel and/or his/her authorised persons, the skippers and the crew members must immediately notify the Harbour Watch or the Yacht Club Administration and, in agreement with the Yacht Club Administration, must immediately take all necessary action to remedy the consequences;
    In case of failure to report the pollution of the basin or quay, the persons responsible shall be liable in accordance with the legislation in force in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania;
    The storage of ship’s transport trolleys, kilblocks may only be carried out in the places specified by the yacht club administration;
    In case of intent to remove the ship for disposal
